Entertainment Coordinator
The Entertainment Coordinator’s biggest job is booking talent and acts for our Festival in June, managing that talent, the schedule, and behind-the-scenes on the day of the Festival. These include drag performers, musicians, comedians, karaoke, theatre troupes, and any other performers who may be interested.
From making sure songs and files are submitted and meet the standards of the show, to getting contracts signed, the Entertainment Coordinator has a big job on Festival day. They also book and manage performers for our events throughout the year, such as drag bingo and trivia.
The ideal Entertainment Coordinator has knowledge of what it’s like for performers as well as general know-how on sound, lighting, etc.

Graphic Designer
Our Graphic Designer position primarily deals with creating flyers for various events. The Graphic Designer may also be asked to assist with the creation of annual Pride Fest designs as well, including t-shirts, banners, etc. We are a collaborative organization and are looking for a designer who is open to collaboration and changes when necessary.
Formal training of graphic design is not required, but some understanding of software and basic tenants of design would be preferred.
