Are you looking for a way to get involved in your community? Volunteering for Lubbock PRIDE is a great way to give back to your community while having lots of fun!* We are looking for hard working individuals who want to make a difference in Lubbock and West Texas.

What to Expect from Us

  • Speak Up. Ask questions, It’s important to clarify things you don’t understand.

  • Be Willing to Learn. Training is essential to any job. Some positions may require additional training.

  • Welcome Supervision. Coordinators are essential to our work. Your cooperation with coordinators is vital.

  • Be Dependable. Follow through on your commitments. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.

  • Be a Team Player. We all have a role to play and important skills to contribute. We must work together.
