Terms

Set Up - All vendors must check in between 9 and 11 AM. If you wish to set up earlier, please contact president@lubbockpride.org after paying your vendor fees. If you set up without checking in, you may be asked to leave.

Pride will begin at 12 PM and end at 10 PM. You are welcome to stay for as long as you like at the festival but we ask that you stay at least until the drag show starts, to be determined.

All vendors must provide their own tables and chairs. We also recommend a canopy due to the lack of shade at the venue.

Vendors must provide their own electricity.

Each individual vendor spot is an area 12 ft x 12 ft. If you wish to occupy additional space, please make sure to select the appropriate number of spaces.

Vendor spots are $25 with each additional spot at $10.
